FAQ

• Calendar is empty or missing photos: Check that Phomory has "Full Access" in Settings > Privacy > Photos > Phomory. With limited access, the app only sees the photos you picked.
• Change a day's cover: Tap the day, then tap the photo you want as the cover, or choose "No cover for this day" to leave it empty.
• Screenshots and bank slips: Hidden by default. Show them in Settings > Calendar.
• On this day: Turn on the reminder in Settings > Memories.
• Widgets: Touch and hold the Home Screen > Edit > Add Widget, then search for Phomory.
• Phomory Plus: Unlimited history, premium themes, your own background, no watermark, month videos, A4 PDF, and Wrapped.
• If Plus isn't renewed: All your data stays. The app returns to the free plan with 12 months of history.
• Cancel or manage your subscription: iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or in the app at Settings > Manage subscription.
• Restore purchases: On the Phomory Plus screen, tap "Restore purchases".
